DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer whose information is provided below. The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.

SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website www.fengariou.com in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

PRODUCT DETAILS
The essential characteristics of the purchased products, their unit price, total price (including VAT), delivery costs, and payment terms are as follows:

DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
1. **Delivery Time:** The ordered product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days at the latest after the order is confirmed.
2. **Shipping Company:** Products will be shipped through the Seller's contracted shipping company.
3. **Return Terms:**
   - The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason after receiving the product.
   - Return requests must be sent to info@fengariou.com along with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
2. For the withdrawal to be valid, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
3. During the withdrawal period, the product must be kept carefully by the Buyer.

PAYMENT AND INSTALLMENT OPTIONS
1. Payments can be made via credit card
2. For installment purchases, interest rates may apply depending on the agreement with the bank.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts in the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.

ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
